14. PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with the provisions of Article. 13 of Legislative Decree No 30 June 2003 196, C.Z. SPORTS SRL, as owner of the data you supply is required to provide specific information regarding your personal data we collect, the purposes and methods of treatment, subjects which may be disclosed and the rights enjoyed by regarding the management of their personal data.
We inform the subscriber that the Legislative Decree No 196/2003 provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to this law, the treatment will be based on principles of correctness, transparency and safeguarding the privacy and rights of the subscriber. The following information is provided under Article 13 of Law No 196/2003.
15.1 The processing of personal data that we intend to do:
a) has the aim to conclude, manage and execute contracts for the supply of services requested to organize, manage and execute the delivery of services may be provided to third parties our data suppliers to comply with statutory requirements or other formalities required by the competent Authority;
b) will be made as follows: computerized / manual;
c) except as necessary for the proper execution of the supply contract, the data will not be disclosed to other parties without your express authorization.
15.2 Inform you that the disclosure of information is essential but not compulsory and the refusal has no consequence but it could lead to failure to timely fulfillment of obligations assumed by CZ SPORT SRL for providing the services required.
15.3 Your personal data may be processed (i) by our employees from any and / or employees that perform specific tasks on behalf of our company but also by third parties that collaborate with instrumental activities or complementary to that of CZ SPORT SRL come (ii)banks, (iii) financial institutions, (iv) insurance companies, (v) professional, (vi) consultants, (vii) external entities that perform functions related to the execution of the contract, (viii) Public authorities and / or administrative legal purposes.
15.4 There is no form for the circulation of your data (to disclose your personal data to any number of subjects).
15.5 The data will be for the duration of the contractual relationship and even after the completion of all legal obligations and for future commercial purposes.
15.6 The owner of the data you suplly is C.Z. SPORT SRL which may apply to enforce your rights as provided in Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No 196/2003, which we quote below in full.
15.7 Art. 7 Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights:
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal details concerning him, even if they have not yet been registered, and their communication to him in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to receive an indication:
a) of the origin of the personal details;
b) of the purposes and means of treatment;
c) of the logic applied in the event of treatment carried out with the assistance of electronic instruments;
d) of the identifying details of the owner, responsible persons and representatives designated in article 5, clause 2;
e) of individuals or categories of individuals to whom the personal details may be communicated or who may become aware of them as representatives in the national area, or as managers or supervisors.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, that is the rectification, where it concerns him, of the information;
b) the deleting, transformation in an anonymous form or the blocking of the details in violation of the law, including that information not necessary to conserve for the purposes for which the information was collected or subsequently treated;
c) written confirmation that the operations indicated in clauses a) and b) have been brought to the awareness, including their contents, of those to whom the information was communicated or sent, except for cases in which such a confirmation is impossible or entails the use of means which is manifestly disproportionate to the rights to protection.
4.The interested party has the right to object, wholly or partially:
a) to the treatment of personal details which concern him, for legitimate reasons, even if they are pertinent to the scope of data collection;
b) to the treatment of personal details which concern him, for the purposes of sending direct advertising or sales material or the completion of market research or commercial advertising.
15.8 In case of withdrawal to the processing of personal data, the customer must send timely notice in writing via registered mail to C.Z. SPORT SRL Via Redipuglia, 158 21055 Gorla Minore (va).

16.1 Any written communication under this Agreement for which it is otherwise determined to be sent to the following addresses:
